VALAK

Valak is a powerful demon that manifests as a demonic nun to both mock the faith of its enemies and to hide among them. It also holds the title as the archenemy of the Warrens, Lorraine Warren in particular, with their rivalry starting when she exorcised it from Maurice towards the end of its origin film.

Sadako Yamamura

Sadako is the main antagonist of Koji Suzuki's Ring novel series and the film franchise of the same name. Sadako's fictional history alternates between continuities, but all depict her as the vengeful ghost of a psychic who was murdered and thrown into a well.  As a ghost, she uses nensha, her most distinctive power and weapon, to create a cursed videotape. Whomever watches the tape will die exactly one week later unless the tape is copied and shown to another person, who then must repeat the same process.

Natre

Natre is the main villain of the 2004 Thai film Shutter. She is the former girlfriend of Tun who dated her in collage. She inspired the characters Megumi Tanaka, Aarti Kaushik, and Nandhini. Natre was a lonely and shy girl who didn't have any friends until she met Tun at a photography class, and they become a couple. Their relationship was at first loving, but Tun become distant and ended the relationship abruptly as he refused to acknowledge their relationship to his friends.

Kayako Saeki

Kayako Saeki is a fictional character in the horror film, The Grudge. As a child, her mother performs exorcisms on her patients. It is said that Kayako is actually a Yurei, a Japanese spirit of revenge, always represented by a woman. Although she is usually heard emitting her famous rattle, from time to time Kayako emits a moan in her place. Kayako became highly jealous of Manami and even tried to curse her, but failed and eventually gave up. When she attended university, she met Shunsuke Kobayashi, with whom she fell deeply in love.
